Licences the studio holds

Pragmatic Play’s holdings are recorded as historical and no longer current: PAGCOR, UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority. Do not read a studio licence as an operator licence — it covers the games’ maker, not the casino offering them, and a player turns to the operator’s regulator for recourse rather than the studio’s.

• Malta Gaming Authority — Under licence MGA/B2B/619/2018, Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited is the holder. Confirmation of the B2B Critical Supply Licence (casino vertical, status Licensed) comes from the MGA’s own verification portal, not from Pragmatic’s site.
• UK Gambling Commission — On the UKGC public register, Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited appears as active under account 56015 and licence 056015-R-332216-005.
• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — The announcement from Pragmatic Play in September 2016 concerned a PAGCOR offshore gaming licence. The whole framework is gone now in the Philippines, because offshore licences were all required to lapse by 31 December 2024 and PAGCOR confirmed cancellation. The announcement from 2016 has not been taken down, and quotes of it still treat it as current. It is not.
