One wide button sits under the fields. Press the button under the fields once, after the human check is ticked. A round close button at the top right shuts the panel without sending anything.

Forgot Password? and what comes next
Forgot Password? under the fields opens a panel headed “Forgot Password” with the line “Follow the instructions to recover your password”. It shows three numbered stages, the first being “Verify identity”, a +63 number field and a Confirm button. Use it like this.
- Tap Forgot Password? under the fields.
- Type your registered number after +63.
- Press Confirm.
- Follow what the next stage prints.

FAQ
Do I need a username for JL59 login?
No. The account name is your mobile number, entered after the +63 prefix, so the panel has no username field.
What does Remember Password do on the login panel?
It is a tick-box on the panel and it is ticked by default. Untick it on a phone that is not only yours.
Why does Deposit open the login panel?
While you are logged out, Deposit and Withdraw in the bottom bar open the Log in to your account panel. Log in first and the screen behind it shows its content.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Tap Forgot Password? under the fields. The panel asks you to verify identity with your +63 number and has a Confirm button.
