JL59 Register Steps: Create the Account, Then Check It

The JL59 register panel is short, which makes each field carry more weight than it looks. The green REGISTER button at the top of the lobby opens “Create a game account”, which carries a Login shortcut under its title plus a round X in its upper corner. Here is the whole form, top to bottom, with the usual fault on each line.

Two tickets come up right after sign-up.

1. Problem: the panel says the number already has an account. Cause: you registered earlier, or a previous owner of the SIM did. Fix: switch to the Login link and run Forgot Password? there.
2. Problem: the new account will not open. Cause: a digit typed wrong during sign-up, so the account belongs to a slightly different number. Fix: try sign-in with the number exactly as you entered it, then contact the lobby’s Support entry.

A third one is a warning rather than a fault.

Problem: a sign-up form demands an e-mail address, an ID picture or card details. Cause: you are not on the JL59 panel described here. Fix: close the page and type the brand’s address yourself.

JL59 login register: moving between the two panels

Sign-up and sign-in are separate panels that point at each other. The register panel’s “Login” link opens the sign-in panel, and that panel’s “Register” link brings you back, so there is no need to close and reopen the lobby. JL59 Account Verification and the 21+ Rule

Username, e-mail, ID, referral code, age confirmation: the panel requests none of them. The form is fast, and two checks move onto you.

The age check. PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming page names the groups barred from online play:

The documents check. Any later request for an ID should appear only inside your account area, on a lobby you opened by typing the address.

Problem: a “verification agent” messages you for ID photos. Cause: a scam that borrows the brand name. Fix: refuse, then open Support from inside the lobby yourself.
